Light the Way: Walking Through Dementia Together

Town Hall Tour

A statewide conversation on clarity, resources, and hope.

June 3, 2026 | Doors open at 11:45 am | Event begins at 12:00 pm — Iowa Lakes Community College, 800 21st Street, Spirit Lake, IA 51360

More than 60,000 Iowans are living with Alzheimer’s disease, and thousands more families are supporting someone they love. The path can feel confusing, overwhelming, and isolating. This Town Hall Tour exists to change that.

Each stop brings together local professionals, caregivers, and community members for a practical, educational conversation about what dementia is, what to watch for, and what to do next. This is education, not a sales event. You will leave with a clear plan.
